Theme: The Next 10 Years: Dream it, Shape it

Show us what a positive future looks like over the next decade at the individual, regional, national, or global level (you may cover one or multiple levels). Be sure to include what realistic actions youth can take to realize that dream

Submission Format

• Generative AI must be used, even if only for a portion of the video production (ex, planning, music, images, video production, editing, etc.)
• Please specify which portions were created with Al 
• Landscape orientation (16:9); Resolution: 1920x1080 (Full HD)
• File Type: mp4 or mov; Frame rate: 30fps or higher recommended

Language

Any language, with English subtitles

Timeline

Submission Period

June 1 (Mon), 2026 - October 25 (Sun), 2026 (KST) 

Announcement of Winners

In November 2026, winners will be announced on the MOFA website and KOREAZ social media channel, and will also be notified individually

Prize 

ROK Minister of Foreign Affairs' Award: Grand Prize (1 winner) / Excellence Award (2 winners) / Merit Award (3 winners] / Special Award (1 winner)

All winners will receive the ROK Minister of Foreign Affairs' Award and a prize

Eligibility

Open to participants worldwide

Participants under the age of 14 must submit a consent form signed by their legal guardian for the collection and use of personal information

How to Submit

• Upload your video to your personal social media account using the hashtag #YouthFULLTomorrow 
• Submit the original video file via the Google Form application in the link https://m.site.naver.com/263yL (Google Form will open on June 1). Only submissions received on or after June 1st are valid.

Evaluation Criteria

Entries will be evaluated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and expert judges. Submissions will be judged based on relevance to the theme, creativity, visual quality, and usability

Intellectual Property and Disclaimer

• Winning entries will become the property of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea. The Ministry reserves the right to adapt, edit, modify, or use the entries in part or in full for non-profit and public interest purposes
• Awards may be revoked if fraud or copyright infringement is discovered. The entrant will be held responsible for such violations
• Winning videos will be featured on KOREAZ's social media platforms. (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X)
