Eligibility

• Foreigners or ethnic Koreans living abroad whose native language is not Korean
• Those who have not won 1st prize in Korean language speaking contests held in Korean

Submission period

• Submission period: March 4, 2024 ~ April 28, 2024
• Announcement of winner: May 14, 2024
• Awards ceremony: May 29, 2024
• Winners will be announced in The Korea Times newspaper and on its website
• Winners who reside outside Korea may participate in the ceremony through an online platform
